Bio:

Christoph Graf is a Research Scholar at New York University School of Law’s Institute for Policy Integrity and a Research Affiliate in the Program on Energy and Sustainable Development (PESD) at Stanford University.
Christoph’s research focuses on energy and climate policy to support the transition to a sustainable, low-carbon future, with a particular emphasis on wholesale electricity markets. He has studied various aspects including market design, market power, transmission congestion, and the interaction between market outcomes and intermittent renewable generation. He employs tools from economics, operations research, machine learning, and public policy to inform his research.
